    Returns & Refunds Policy

    At My Daily Gut, we want you to feel confident and supported on your nutrition journey. While our blends are made from real, wholefood ingredients, individual responses can vary. Here is how we handle returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.

    Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

    You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. These rights apply automatically and cannot be excluded.

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you quickly to make things right.

    Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Products Only)

    Because our blends are food products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed, unused pouches.

    • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must be sealed, in original condition, and in resalable quality.
    • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
    • Refunds are issued once the product has been received and inspected by our team.
    • Opened pouches cannot be returned for change of mind for safety reasons.

    Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mydailygut.com.au with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

    If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund. Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is covered by us.

    Refund Processing

    Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
